It's good for a quick bite. I loved the cheese fries! They're a little on the expensive side, for a sandwich place, but worth it. I only wish they had better drink selections.
Hopefully things will improve. The food was good, the servers were going as hard as they could go, but the management needs to get their act together!!
I have ate at this location once and loved it. We got our food fast and the service was excellent! Will be back!
Great place! The owner was at the register taking orders, the food was amazing and the costumer service was great! I had the Grand Escape Cheese steak sub and it was mouth watering. Will absolutely be going back! Very highly recommended.
The food was good, but whoever laid out the building needed some serious help. My wife could not reach the lids for our drinks because of the set up, then we overheard the person sitting next to us complaining about getting ketchup on his shirt while trying to get a lid. I had to get ours, and it was a serious reach AROUND the ketchup to get a lid!! People had been throwing trash on top of where they kept the little cups for the ketchup, because it was not clearly marked... My wife noticed one of the workers taking the trash out, but leaving the cups in there. Then she gathered up loose lids for the cups that were scattered around the small counter and put them back in the rack.
I have visited the place several times the food is great and the place is clean. The wait time depends on the time of your visit if, you visit during lunch hours of course you are looking for a wait. It's not an issue with the store management and staff, sandwiches are preped fresh you have orders ahead of you. It just opened and that's normal .The store was full of staff working hard to get orders on time not sitting around or no customers to serve. The place was packed of customers dining in and waiting on orders.
This is a new location in Jackson, so we tried it out. There were a few in line in front of us, but they took our order fairly quick. However, it took forever to get our food. They were not organized at all. The person cutting the potatoes was having a real hard time and couldn't keep up and the person cooking the fries could barely pick up the basket. When our food finally came, we didn't have any fries. The server said they were behind and would bring our fries asap... I noticed that they fixed at least 2 orders to go before bringing our fries, but at least they were hot.
