The service was great but my friend and I both ordered shrimp pilaf. We should have ordered a side but we just got 2 orders of the shrimp. And it didn't have enough garlic in it
This is my favorite place to eat so I really hate to post this awful review! First, let me start out by saying that the workers are very nice and we have always ended up with a great waiter or waitress! The bad part... tonight we ordered our shrimp to go but as we bit into it, we noticed that there was a lot of batter from the fried shrimp that was really runny! In other words, it wasn't fully cooked! I am praying my husband and I do not get sick from this and am posting this review in hopes of them better the cooking so that others do not get sick in the future.
I changed things up a little and ate fish tacos! They were absolutely worth it! Service was a 10! Great server Chance and the Manager Greg checked on us twice! Very sincere management, you get a real sense that they actually care how your experience is! Great experience!
But we still enjoyed it and just reported it to the lady we paid.
Crab meat Alfredo? Yes! Courteous staff as always. They really seem to want customers to enjoy their visit. Every time I go, it's like corporate is at the next table, with how well they act. A nice yet relaxing atmosphere. It just feels more upscale than the majority of restaurants in Jackson.
The staff were very active and polite the time of arrival was 12:30 and departure 1:30 making it a perfect time with close to little to no other people. The appetizer came out almost at the mention, along with bread and salad. The food came out soon after and was more then plentiful for one person or 2 people. The food tasted great but I don't recommend latter consumption of the food it is meant for one time serving.
