This critique is towards Moe’s inability to serve gluten free safely despite marketing on website leading people to believe they can serve gluten free. Staff politely understood why we had to walk out the door. We saw flour tortilla bowl shells next to the rice, with broken tortilla pieces next to it. Easily cross contamination risk. If Chipotle or Qdoba can safely serve perhaps Moe’s needs to step up their game. Gluten free needs to be taken seriously in service layout, staff training and menu ingredients. Hope Moe’s can correct this and provide gluten free food safely in the future.
