The employees were very courteous… The manager Calisha was delightful as well as the other employees… we also enjoyed the volunteers that were there during our visit
In the past, I've had an *awful* experience at this store. Most of the time, the staff don't seem to care at all about customer satisfaction. It's an effort to actually get your order (or correctly, at least). BUT, BUT, BUT the other night, I walked in right at the last minute and the staff went above and beyond to finish my order and get our order perfect before we they closed. Kudos guys! Keep it up and I'll completely change my review.
Great food. Upscale Trendy and loads of healthy options. A little pricy but portions match the price. Awesome special deals. They do a free tea day that's off the hook once a year. Love the service and food!
Very rude staff, which was very unexpected. I ordered to-go online, and when I got to the to-go counter the cashier for the regular line rude told me to come to this line, which had several people in it. I waited in the regular line waiting for the other customers to order. When I finally got to the counter I told her we already paid and ordered online, she then told someone in the back to hand me the bag right behind her. This man was nicer.
I got half way home before I noticed my bag was missing a box. They had left the nacho plate out of the bag completely. I was so annoyed at this point that I'd rather just not go back than to turn around and get the missing item.
Absolutely an awesome place to eat!! The food and service there is really great.
