Best Hibachi that I have been to. My wife, Kim and I have been to the Hibachi in Memphis and in Nashville. However, the food at the Jackson, Hibachi is far superior.
This was one of the nicest buffets I've been to in a while. So glad I ate here instead of that other Chinese buffet in town. The sushi here is really nice. They even have a buffet bar of down home Southern style food. Service was prompt and pleasant.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone who enjoys eating. In fact, those in Memphis and Nashville should make a trip to Jackson just to compare.

First of all, the low score has nothing to do with the food. The food on the buffet is delicious and the buffet is well worth the price! This review is about a couple of members of the waiting staff and the strange behavior I've endured the past two times I've been to the restaurant. Tonight, me and my girlfriend came to the restaurant. We had a waitress who seemed nice at first. We ordered our drinks and we went to the buffet. We came back to the table and our drinks were there. Everything seemed kosher... until it came time for our drinks to be refilled and to pay for our food. It took us 15 minutes for our drinks to get refilled and we even saw our waitress sitting down at a table looking at her phone. We waved another waiter down to get refills but he was too preoccupied with his phone as well. Finally, our waitress saw us waving her down and she was thinking that we were ready to pay when really we wanted refills. She refilled our drinks and then we were ready to pay. She brought the check over and she became very "rushy" with us. She wanted us to pay for the food while we were at the table, which is odd considering that everyone usually pays at the front counter when they bring their check up there. The waitress even gave me a weird stare when my girlfriend offered to pay and then looked at my girlfriend and said "No! He pay!" She took my debit card and took it to the front desk. When she brought my receipt, I signed it and handed it back to her. She looked over the receipt with a disgusted look because I left the "TIP" part blank and then walked away. I left it blank because I was going to leave cash as a tip. As we were leaving, the waitress in a very frustrated tone began asking my girlfriend why I didn't leave a tip on the receipt even though she already picked up the tip I left her off the table. And that's when I had all I could stand and I went off on the waitress and the some of the waiting staff and stormed out the door. They did this very thing the last time I came here and quite frankly, this is the LAST TIME I will ever come back to this restaurant. It's a shame because the food is absolutely delicious. I leave tips at every restaurant I go to without any issue of doing so. But I will not tolerate any member of waiting staff in a restaurant forcing and rushing me to pay them tips even after I've paid them a cash tip.

Great location. Service is great, as far as being seated and drink refills. Huge variety. Great for picky, divided families who can't make a decision on where to eat. If you leave there, and are still hungry, it's your own damn fault!
We go often and the food is always delicious. That is why we keep going back. The quality control is top notch. Clean environment, great food, friendly staff and great price.
