Town & Country Property Management is the best property management company in Jackson, TN. I have tried 2 other property management companies in Jackson and there is, by far, no comparison. They take care of business, are professional and know what they are doing. I trust them with my properties and did not find that with the other 2 companies. Highly recommend if you need a property manager.
Town & Country Property Management is a great company to deal with in Jackson, TN. They manage everything from apartments, duplexes to single family houses. Their website is very helpful and I love the fact we can now pay our rent online! Huge convenience factor!!!
I have had a positive experience with T&C. They were quick to resolve any issues and reasonable to do business with. There was a mixup concerning our lease on the front end but the problem was resolved to my satisfaction in the end. Like any agency, no place is perfect, but these guys do a good job.
Totally unprofessional! I am current living in one of their properties and immediately started experiencing a pest control problem. I was told that pest would come out every three months. I moved in February and it is now the end of July i have not had anyone come spray my apartment. When I called to see why I was told that I had a bad attitude and that someone would be out here the following Friday. However I never physically seen anyone spray I was told they came while I was out. How Convenient. Do not rent from them they do not fulfill their apartment amenities.
I really like the people that work their the owner is a special person he is good hearted. And will help when things are not going well
