I rate -5 star. Gwen is very unprofessional. Maintenance men take forever to fix things. As previously stated shes hard to get in contact with and harasses you when rent is due. I have things that have not been fixed since I moved in almost a year ago. I will not rent from her again when my lease is up.
Worst experience I have had with a business professional in my life. Gwen doesn't answer phone calls or emails unless you get very upset with her. Had to babysit her from 900 miles away to get anything done at all. She also gave my private cell number to the tenants twice, to allow them to call me and ask me not to evict them for nonpayment.
Unprofessional, and inconsiderate. "Maintenance team" hardly ever comes out, and when they do, they're miserably drunk. Not a good person to do business with!!! Never answers phone, unless it's to bug you about money you owe her. DON"T RENT FROM HER OR LET HER MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY....
I have no issues with the manager..Gwen, has been very good to me far as working with me. So I have not had any issues at all..So I have nothing negative to say about Gwen. She has no control over the resident but she works hard to resolve the issues..if and when it's addressed to her.. .. the upstairs neighbor. ..kids ride bikes in the house...that's the only issue I had..
