Mr. Castleman called me at 6pm stating that he had an appointment that had gone over. I told him that we were going to proceed through another avenue and I feel he was then very passive aggressive and rude to me via text which I found unprofessional. If there were zero stars I would choose that for his rating.
We called and scheduled a meeting with Alan Castleman to sell one of our rental homes. The appointment was for 5:30pm. My husband arrived on time for the meeting, but Alan did not even show up.
Alan did a great job for us. He sold our house quick and gave us good advise throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Alan to anyone who's thinking about selling their home.
Alan recently represented us on the construction of a new home. We made many modifications and upgrades to a builders spec home plan. Alan was there with us from the beginning of the project all the way to post closing matters. He was instrumental in the success of this construction project. He helped us in so many ways, too numerous to list. My wife and I are very grateful for Alan's partnership with us on this project. We can't thank him enough. He is the best.
Alan is very good at what is does and has a personality to go with it. He is very knowledgeable about homes and neighborhoods. He was very patient with us as we looked, and we never felt pressured. Always trying to help, and very quick to respond! You won't find one better than Alan.
I found him to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt that he acted like he is too important to treat me with respect. Not impressed.
I would recommend Alan to anyone! He is very helpful, provides great communication, fast responses, and knowledgeable advice. This was my first home purchase and Alan made the process go smoothly and stress free. If you are looking for a home in the Jackson area, definitely go see Alan!
