KNOW IT IS LONG BUT PLEASE READ!! They will lie straight to your face, Kris the office manager is very unprofessional, rude. I should have know not to rent when I asked to sign my lease in the morning instead of the afternoon, due to my kids & I having to travel 4 hours and school. I was told no that they doing do signs in the morning. I got a call saying if I was there at 10 & no later they would do it. When I sat down with Kris she told me that I was lucky because she shops in the morning, but that it would be ok because she will do it in the afternoon. I laughed it off, but still thought it was rude to say that to someone that is giving you almost $1,500. I should have backed out then. But I needed a house asap due to us being a military family and my husband gone on deployment. I moved into the home in May when my husband came but signed the last 2 weeks of April. The house was a reck when I did my walk through, trash all in the back yard and the maintenance men they had working on the house had used the restroom and the water was shut off & it just wasn't a 1 time use. ( I thought that was the weird smell in the home was ) they said they had just had the carpets cleaned as well. so maybe that is what it was no-one opened the windows to air out & with the urine in the toilet & who knows how long that was there. That had to been the smell. Well I wish it is, but it is a large amount of cat urine in my living room carpet, and I have rusted tack strips showing. I have put in work orders since June about this and nothing is getting done. I have been told we are waiting on the land lord, the I contacted him. He knew nothing about it!!! He had them come out the next day to look at it and do this quick fix on it, well that didn't work the smell is back. I have asked for copies of my work orders because they have locked me out of my account with them due to me putting in the same work order over & over well they had closed out the work orders I had put in so I submitted the work orders again. This is where is gets just so awesome, I went in and asked for copies of ever work order I put in on this home, They gave a a print out that goes back to other tents work orders, they can't give me a detailed copy of mine, the office manger has to do it. When i looked at what they gave me. My work orders from June are gone, when I called in to out a work order they never put those in. I have asked to speak to the owners of the company since July it is not Sep & only the office manager knows how to get a hold of them. I am told like 9 or 10 people own Phnx management group, but when you call the city to ask them you only get 2 people. So every time I ask Kris when will the owners call me she tells me I am sure they have been giving your information, but wait I was told she is the only know who knows how to get a hold of them!? FUNNY. I have a video of spilling just plan water in the carpet only using the carpet cleaning suction part NO CLEANING SOLUTION & THE WATER THAT CAME UP WAS BLACK!!! Kris came to look at the carpet yeah right she stood at my front door never taking her sunglasses off never came over to look at it, we just talked about what all the work orders said & overtime I called. I am still trying to work with them on a solution I have a almost 2 year old that has skin problem & a 8 year old the has asthma. This is not good for them!! Now to top it off there is black mold in the laundry room that is located in my kitchen. Lets hope that will get fixed in a timely manner. But after all the lies that has been told from this company, I have a bad feeling it is not, that they will just ignore it. I was really happy to get this house for the kids & me, but after a month of living here you start to see things that are not a tents responsibility to fix. I am the kinda of tent that will fix it myself with in reason. So I know this was long, but you needed to know what I a dealing with. I HOPE THIS HELPS!
Absolutely a pleasure when it comes to all areas. Never had an issue of professionalism because they show nothing but that, office staff, maintenance. Always willing to go that extra mile to make things happen in a positive manner. Great company in the rental business, with great leadership. Remember it all starts from the top and Phoenix has the right formula......

Phoenix Management Group was amazing every step of the way. I used them for the first time back in April, and the transition was very smooth. I was relocating to Tennessee from Illinois and have no family or friends in Tennessee. They were one of many companies I called and I have to say the customer service is impeccable. I am still in the middle of transitioning, but found that whatever I needed was provided for me, with a simple phone call. They had to run a background check on me and other places were taking weeks. Phoenix got it done in one day and paying the rent online is super easy for me. I am not having to deliver rent or wait for someone to come pick up the rent. With a click of a button, my rent is paid. Also, their e-mail system is awesommmmmeeee!!!!!. Whenever I have a question and I send an email, their office responds back to me within the hour. The rent is reasonable and their helpfulness is sincere, which is hard to find nowadays. Please keep up the good work.! You all are great!!!!
Worst place ever roaches neigh ad whole building smelling like weed walk ways nasty. Carpet never got cleaned kitchen never got finished as they stated one year of pure hell and it was out north please find anywhere but these slum lords.
