Called for an estimate on replacing a hot water heater. The technician was great. Very thorough and pleasant. The price was outrageous. $1600 to replace a hot water heater? And I told them on the phone what needed to be done yet they still charged a $90 service call? The competition was substantially less. Maybe McCoy's is great with other stuff, but if you want your water heater replaced (or any plumbing, I suspect), go elsewhere.
I have been using this company for years. I feel like I can trust them. They also work with you on financing for the larger issues (I am sure this is on an case by case basis).

Michael has been out the last 2 times and has been very prompt & quite professional. My husband observed him servicing the unit & was well pleased with his attention to detail. Thank you McCoy’s! It makes a world of difference dealing with your company as opposed to the last 2 individuals who had to make multiple trips & the problems did not go away! The office staff was very helpful in determining the availability of the service tech to look at my air conditioner. The office staff was friendly and polite.
The service tech called and let me know he was on the way to my place. His appearance was professional. He let me know what he was going to do to determine the reason for my air conditioning not working. Once he determined the problem he discussed the cause and what the repair included. He was able to locate the required part locally and install it.
