Ill sum it up for everyone... ive heard several reports of how terrible they are and expensive they can be and now have become a victim myself.. basically terrible products, terrible service, and dont know what they are doing so the best thing is dont use them. I even asked the question "Do yall install bad systems on purpose in new houses so then you can come back and charge people for loads of money for repairs" Her(Pam) response " Yes we do ".
