Extremely professional and friendly. I've been using them for several months now and even though they aren't the cheapest, they're definitely the best. They answered every question I had (and I definitely asked a few). They were on time to install my new AC and Heat units and stayed until the job was done (I think they were here around 10 hours total). I can't recommend them enough!!!
First time customer. I’m not one to have others do tasks such as this for my household. It was a great outcome for a nagging malfunctioned kitchen appliance I couldn’t handle. Installation was fast and detail oriented. Mr. Mike really had his craft down, to a perfection. The job was done swiftly, even with a few good stories, I insisted Mr. Mike shared! Very courteous and informative!! Overall, for an unwanted one, a great experience. Would gladly request their services again.
I called to get my heat fixed and they was quick to come out and help. Gave me a straight forward answer to how to fix it. Great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.
Jonathan Millikan came to check our heating unit at 5:45 PM. The appointment was between 4 and 6 PM. We were contacted by your office alerting us that he had been held up in Lexington but would be here. Jonathan did a thorough inspection of both heating and air conditioning. He never indicated he was in a hurry to finish, explained everything he saw and did and was very personable. We have been very impressed with all the Hiller representatives. Jonathan is no exception. He will always be welcome in our home.
