The only thing that was easy was setting up my storage unit. Literally everything else was wrong. I rented a U-Haul truck, confirmed multiple times that it would be available, then the day that I went to pick it up it took over an hour to get because Tony didn't know her log in to the U-Haul site. Once I finally got the truck, I returned it the next day but when I received by bill they had charged me for 3 days instead of two. John made the process of the refund easy. I was out of the storage unit before the end of the month and left the door up a quarter of the way as instructed yet was charged for another month. Tony has no idea what she is doing. Ask for John or someone else. Also the security gate doesn't work well. There were multiple times where I went to my unit only to find the door, where you have to have a special code to get in, was wide open and anyone could drive into to take stuff from any of the units. This was during the weekends and late afternoon when there was no staff there so there was no reason for it to be open. Tony made this a 2 star review. Everyone else seems to know what they are doing.
My unit had a large leak in the roof. The items I stored were saturated by rain and almost entirely destroyed.

The storage itself may be okay, however, a business is a business! No one cares if you're on vacation or if you're just not going into the office for the day. If people are paying, and especially a storage that doesn't prorate, at least somebody should be in the office taking the rent! Not everyone has access to the internet at all times! Without a doubt, the worst storage facility I have ever dealt with in any state!
The owners are fabulous people and the rates are great! We’ve used them for close to a year now.
Edit: I was in contact with your office both yesterday and today. if I am not in the system, it is because I moved out a few days ago.
