I have rented from them alot of years off and on and I never had no problems..my things was just fine.
I had a storage at Guardian/Highway 45 ByPass Storage for about 4 years and I never had any complaints. I never worried about my belongings whatsoever. I always felt safe when I had to go there and get something. Shikita was always so pleasant to deal with. They will definitely be the first place I go to if I ever need to rent a storage facility in the future. I will also highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage facility. Thanks!
Your belongings were ruined, they just want your money. They know they have rodent issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I took a video and if I could add it I would!
The workers were friendly, but the storage unit that I had was horrible. I lost all my personal possession due to the roof leaking and damaging my things. I was with 45 by pass storage for two years and my things were mildew and wet from months of rain. The account was settled, but the things I valued were destroyed.
I just put some things in here for a couple of months..what do you know..MICE HAD BABIES in there! Disgusting as hell! I left everything and not to mention, the OWNERS ARE RUDE as hell. They don't care that
