2 1/2 hours late, called after the first hour And was told somebody would be there within 30 minutes, 45 minutes later my husband called to express his frustration, and we were told to move ourselves.
Everything was excellent ,they were on time and finished accordingly to my time schedule,,all in all good experiencd,,we will use them again
They were 15 mins late bc they went to the wrong place. Then they were slow as molasses. There was 3 men and they took longer than the man an woman who moved me before. Then they called on the way with my stuff saying they had to get gas, which should have already been done. I realized they stopped at a different station than they said they were going to so I went back and they were just smoking cigs, eating and drinking. If they needed a break they should have said so, not lied. And not expect to be paid. Then they had an unexpected "service fee" of $30 I was not told about bc of "out of town" to Humboldt. I paid them almost as much as movers that went to another state and they took almost as long as them. It was ridiculous. And this is the 3rd time I have hired movers. I know what to expect. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
