I am only giving a 1 because i have to..i have been taking my pet here for 3 yrs. I have had 2 life threatning Emergencys and both times they refused to call the doctor. And of course couldnt work him in at anytime that day. It was 10 am when i called. They have no problem taking your money when you call ahead. Unfortunately an emergency cant be predicted the week before. Dont count on these asshats...

I have recently moved to Tennessee. I have five pets and have been to this clinic numerous times in the last six months. Dr. Schmidt is my primary veterinarian but I have also seen Dr. Nichols. I have found both veterinarians and the vet techs to be extremely competent and caring. Since I order prescription dog and cat food, I interact with Melinda and Chelsea a lot and that interaction has been a pleasure. They are extremely helpful, caring, and go out of their way to make sure that I get what I need in products and appointments. I am very happy with this veterinary practice.
Good professional a little pricey but worth it they took care of my babies Nubian and buttercup they know what they talking bout if you are a regular give u discount s payment arrangements nice staff organized clean facility
