Nasty! Unfortunately had the experience of staying there. No security at all. With the exception of local police showing up repeatedly every day and night because of drug busts, prostitution stings. So called manager let's herself into rooms at her leisure while a room is rented. The 15 minute refund "policy" is against the law. "Employees" live on third floor. Bed bugs and roaches are horrible. The three unfortunate months we stayed there, we had to sleep on a mattress that was blood stained.(I purchased my own mattress cover and bleach and disinfectants.) Dirty needles found on balcony and stairs. Only reason were there was due to job relocation from a different city. I was late on my week of rent and was locked out of my room. My dog was in the room as well as my work uniform. I was refused entry to get my dog and get my clothes so I could go to my job at Exxon gas station. Where I am still employed at. This place is nasty and breaks every motel law.
No its not the best place but the ppl that work the and the few ppl that live there long term are like family and will try to help anyone that's there. They hired security to get rid off the junkies and criminals but we all know if it was easy the world would be a different place. They can't help who rents the rooms and they do keep them clean and bug free but sometimes ppl stay there that bring their nastiness with them so place keep that in mind. Its not the Hilton its a small family style ran motel.
Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. The first room I was issued had two dirt wash rags in the tub when I first arrived. I called the front desk to let them know and their first response is, "sooo, do you have enough rags or do you need more. Clearly I can't trust the rest of the room is clean if they're not competent enough to clean a shower. The second room I was issued didn't have dirty rags in the tub (thank God); however the A/C unit didn't work at all. The front desk tells me that if it's cool outside that they won't turn on. I finally ask for my money back because I don't feel comfortable staying their any more and I am told that after 15 minutes there is a no refund policy for no reason. Other than that, the rooms are outdated by at least 10 years. The establishment needs to be updated and modernized.
Room smells very bad,bedbugs and cigarette. Burns in sheets!When I went back to office to get a refund manager was not even surprised that I was complaining,he told me thats why his prices are so low because most of his business is regulars who are already aware of problems and if we want good rooms we have to check in early!
