Really enjoyed this hotel. They have the greatest pillow top mattresses on their beds! We slept like babies and got a great night's rest. We had dinner at their restaurant and all the food was delicious. Great waitress and waiter, who treated us like we were special people. We visit this area frequently and we will be going back to this wonderful place!
She asked about my stay and I said it was noisy (outside of my window - revelers, reveling). She made it right for me - and I do appreciate it.
The room was great, love the pillows. Might think about working a bit on details in corners of the restroom.
Nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights while working at a site in Humboldt. Conveniently located next to bypass. Close to restaurants and everything else you may need. Restaurant at lobby, very friendly staff, delicious food, good service.
Sharice made my stay absolutely terrific! She was the first person to greet me and the last person to bid me farewell.
The desk clerks were friendly and the room was clean with a king size bed. The bar downstairs in the hotel is a nice addition. However, the room opposite had ordered room service and the dirty trays were sitting outside of their room before I checked in and they were still sitting there when I checked out. Also, the room temperature doesn't change much no matter what you set it to.
Inquired about an early check-in before we arrived. We were informed they would notate that on our account. Get here 20 minutes early and informed check-in was promptly at 4pm.Trash lying in the lobby sitting areas. We wait until 4pm and then get told we would have to continue to wait. Going on twenty minutes now.
