Room was clean the lady at check-in was nice and friendly didn't like the drunks hanging out in the walkways no hot water and the breakfast area was so small you could not get to the food
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in process and express check out was fast and efficient. The facility appears to be older and could use some basic maintenance but was clean.
They claim they have queen beds, and they charge you for queen beds. I paid $39+ tax extra for queen beds. They put me in a room with 2 doubles, and refused to fix their mistake or even give me the difference in refund. Beware of this scam at this hotel. Not to mention the crack (opening) at the bottom of the exterior door that gave the room a night light, the construction that started at 6 AM outside, and the extremely loud refrigerator that we had to unplug in order to get to sleep.
Wonderful friendly front desk staff the ladies are very helpful and pleasant to talk with. The house keeping staff are great very friendly. The rooms are clean well lit a keurig coffee maker very comfortable beds. I would gladly stay here again
