Staff is outstanding!!!
Overall this place is clean and the up keep is great,however the staff are not friendly nor helpful. Don't bother bringing children or a group. We were put in a handicap room that the thermometer could not be changed ,leaving the room very hot and stuffy. The phone had no dial tone but yet the police came to our door!!!!! I would not recommend this place for extended stay at all.
Compared to others hotels in the area, This Residence Inn is probably has best bang for the buck.
Rooms are outstanding as well.
Favorite place in town! Very clean. These people get it. There are no words. The guy mopping the floor, the woman handling breakfast, the folks at the front desk, and the room attendants; top to bottom, everyone seemed excited to see us and wanting, not just willing, but WANTING to help us. Such a rare experience in the service industry any more! KUDOS to this place.

Hot tub wasn't working but things happen. May want to ask about that if it's important to you. Gas station Within good weather walking distance and very friendly staff.
This place is highly recommended to all.
I booked a 2BR suite 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived they said they had overbooked and didn’t have anymore 2 BR suites. There were other families that this had happened to as well. I settled for a 1 BR trying to be flexible since we were already there. The room smelled bad and was lacking in cleanliness. Stains all over the rugs. No sheets for the foldout. We went to the pool area and there was poop in the hot tub. I notified the front desk and let my kids get in the pool. We were in the pool an hour and no one came to tend to or shut down the hot tub. Huge health concern. I left and notified another staff member on the way out. There was no manager on duty. Very horrible customer service.
