This place is horrid!! The whole room was dirty, the sheets were dark and stained, almost like they weren't changed. Cigarette burns in the blankets covered my "non-smoking" room. Large holes of peeling paint and crooked decor really put the capper on a truly awful stay. Checked in at 3am from a long drive and took an hour and a half to get to my room, AND they overcharged me. The whole building smells of stale cigarettes and urine. All of the bathroom fixtures were leaky. DO NOT under any circumstances stay here. You're better off sleeping in the car. I almost did.

Motel 6 and Jackson Convention Center are the same business. Rooms are clean and service is good, but the building is old. The bed was excellent - I slept comfortably and well! Stains on shower curtain and towels, but they were clean and usable. Few power outlets in the room, but we managed for the 3 devices I needed to charge. In-room fridge was a repurposed bar fridge that I couldn't figure out how to unlock, and I couldn't spare a wall plug for it anyhow. The accommodations are a good value for the price!
This place is horrible! When I first got there, the front desk person kept me waiting while he was on a call about his cell phone being off! Then he assigned me to a room that was pitiful! Paint was peeling off of the door, mold around the bathtub, the toilet seat was peeling, and looked like someone had set the lid on fire! Hardly any pictures on the wall but holes where pictures had been! The refrigerator had been shut off so it gave off a really bad odor when the door was opened, and It had rust on the racks. The carpet had big black stains in it!The room overall smelled like it had been closed up too long, so it was very musty! When I went to ask for another room, the same man at the front desk moved me up one floor to a different room that was about the same as the first but with no carpet, and overlooking the roof littered with trash! I then asked for my money back, and he said "No problem, but we will have to charge you a $10.00 house keeping fee""! I said for what, I didn't stay in neither room, then he said Just give me $5.00"! I told him show me in writing where it says that I had to pay that fee! Of course he didn't, and I was refunded in full! This place is in bad shape and needs some serious renovations! It's nothing like they advertise!

Me and my wife and two kids stayed here with her sister sister's boyfriend and her son the service is very poor it comes with breakfast with the breakfast was horrible the waffle maker didn't work there was no batter for the waffles the biscuits were hard as rocks they actually made it sound when you hit them on the counter the sausage was so tough that you cant cut it with a fork we complained about it and just because we complained about the breakfast they're kicking us out this is horrible I wouldn't recommend nobody stay here and they charge an extra $10 just for breakfast that you can't even eat and they won't return it!! Honestly feels like they don't want people to complain about this place because they know it's shity it's just ridiculous to kick a whole family out of the hotel just because you have a disagreement with breakfast
