My girlfriend had an accident in our jointly owned vehicle, in may. it is now almost august and we are still having to deal with a third party company over getting our rental reimbursement. at the end of this month i am canceling my policy with this horrible money grubbing company and their incompetent employees(Angela Velez, and her supervisor). I am also in contact with a lawyer if you have this insurance company i suggest you drop them as soon as possible, and if you get in an accident go to the hospital immediately, and contact legal counsel before you even speak to them the only reason i gave one star is because you can't give negative stars save yourself the time and hassle, and find another insurance company.
