LeVoy and all his team are great people work with and make it a pleasure to do business with them. I've been a customer for over a decade.
They lied to me about my policy and after i got in my wreak they wouldn't cover the cost of the repairs. I had full coverage and i didn't get one dime.
Terrible customer service. They act like they don't want you to pay your bill or are too busy to take your payment. But they don't hesitate to charge you a late fee. Take your business elsewhere, to someone who at least pretend to care.
Bad coustomer service, Brian is too lazy to send me insurance cards and slowly raised my insurance
