Patricia at the front desk never spoke to me. I continued to stand at the front desk for over five minutes while she did paper work and she never acknowledged my presence. I think that is pretty sad. I left and went somewhere else. Thankfully it was nothing serious and I hope if it had been she would have tended to my needs better.
just let me start by saying. I've work in a pharmacy for 20 years. the problem of people seeking drugs is real. and I understand dr being careful. but when a ten year old child sets in your office for over a hour crying and wailing in pain. and throwing up. and you can see that the child's eardrum is about to erupt. and you tell me to give him 2 ibuprofen every 6 hours when I've already been giving him 3 ibuprofen every four hours . when he is begging his mom for relief. when he is begging his mom to pray so the pain will stop. and you treat me like I'm seeking drugs. I can promise you I will never set foot in your office again. and if asked I will say I would not take my dog to you people. this dr was horrible. I understand that my tears have no effect on you and that's fine but when you don't even take the time to listen to a child in pain . you do not deserve the title of Dr.
