Pain in the ass to deliver
They done an awesome job on my house windows. I highly recommend them.
They mismeasured and didn't realize it until they removed the original window and we had to go a month with a dummy window. Then I had to call 4 times before anyone called me back. Then when they delivered the new window they did not caulk around it and we had to call again to get someone to come out to caulk window. The windows are terrible at canceling out noise. I now hear everything going on outside. I hope they help with utility bill like they are supposed to because so far I am unimpressed.
I am in need of a couple of windows and I have spoken with Micheal he was very helpful and told me what I needed. I will be getting my windows from Window World. Great service.
They stated a lifelong warranty. I called several times throughout the years regarding a film developing in the Windows they installed. Never called back and has not once come by to replace them. Front of my house I have window world. The back are champion's...you are better off paying the extra for better quality Windows. Window world is a joke!!!
