Really disappointed. Came last year and spent thousands of dollars to be told by several companies that they didn't know what they were doing! Decided to give them another chance and was told by two separate sales clerks different products on what I was needing for my pool. When the second clerk told me no no you don't need this product then I looked up to the first clerk to chime in but that clerk didn't seem to care. So I assumed that the second clerk was more knowledgeable on what my needs were for my pool. I get home to noticed the back of the instructions were completely different and said I needed to have other products before putting this product in my pool. I literally was shocked the clerks didn't know anything about their products. Good luck staying in business. Clearly it was my fault for not checking the back, but the clerk was so adamant about how I needed this product. I laugh now because the product was three times what the first clerk had told us, so maybe that clerk wanted a commission check or wanted to look good. Either way it's just wrong. I had to go out to a different company just to fix my pool problem. Clearly inexperience employess are the issue at this store. No knowledge on their products nor anything for that matter when we asked about other products for our pool...........Don't spend the money nor waste your time to take your pool sample in with them because they will only ripped you off on products you don't need. I shop local but clearly this store needs improvement on hiring and training their employess. They dont care at all about their customers are this wouldn't have happened now twice. The first time I didn't make a review but clearly this store needs help. I now shop in Memphis for my pool needs.
