I love this place and these people they will do anything for the customer and a great family environment
They redid both of our bathrooms 1 1/2 years ago & did a terrible job, we've had to call them back out 5 times & need to now. They have been out 4 times for the same toilet & it is leaking again, now. They did a horrible job on the walls & painting & it took a month & a half longer than the estimate. I do not recommend them. There was no supervision or organization, lost hours several times because they didn't have parts, we're constantly borrowing tools.
We purchased new windows though Lowes, and Julian Builders were assigned to install. I have never seen such poor installation in any product before. There were huge gaps, they were mounted poorly, insulation wasn't put in properly, it goes on. I called Lowes and told them of the issues, they said they would get back to me. While waiting, the contractor came out without telling us and tried "cleaning" up some of the poor installation, but not installing them properly. I again contacted Lowes, and told them I posted photos on Facebook, under the title Lowe's Installation so they could see them. They sent out another installer, who removed all the windows and put them in properly. He said he too had never seen windows installed this poorly. He also told us not only did they look bad, they were not installed to keep out air and if left it would void our warranty. We would NEVER use Julian again, and if we ever use Lowes, we always tell them not to send Julian Builders, we will not allow them on our property.
