I have always had a great experience at Furniture World. We have gotten several things from there. The most recent is our couch. I found a couch that I fell in love with from another store. Furniture world didn't actually have it in stock but Allexus was able to special order it for me. We got it at a much lower price. We absolutely love our couch. I have had so many compliments on it. I will always check there first. Great prices & friendly staff.
After being told to stand and wait for inventory updates (which were not even known by management due to the high level of confusion and lack of organization), we were then told we had to be IN LINE to be considered, to which several other people were told to do ( by the same staff member that told us to simply stand and wait around.....again, lack of organization).
Instead of receiving an apology for the confusion and possibly being offered another option, we were simply told, rudely, that they were sold out....
Such great furniture! High quality and GORGEOUS. It's better than Wayfair with just as good prices. Great selection
If I could give zero stars, I would...... This is the second time we have visited this store, and for the second time, we have left extremely dissatisfied. While going to their black Friday sale for a recliner, we encountered utter chaos. There was no organization to where to go, how to purchase, or even how much inventory was still on hand. The majority of the sales staff was extremely rude to us ( except for Ms. Terry.....the lone bright spot in this place).
Once we were in line for about 10 minutes, waiting on the still unknown inventory, another sales person mentioned having a few left to the folks in front if us, who then proceeded to get all remaining stock.
Tracee was excellent and we have purchased 2 sets of furniture from her in the past year for our 2 living spaces. Their Homestretch sofas and loveseats are the best! Tracee worked with us to get us a great price on everything and made our visits to the store so enjoyable! You must buy here!!! They have the best prices on everything and can order most anything you want. Ask for Tracee when you go!!!
We will not be giving this place any of our business. I expected more from a business that has been in business for years. My hard earned dollars will go somewhere else.
