I rec'd a flower arrangement from my church (in another state) delivered to me in Jackson ( where I had moved). I was not home to receive them and a note was left. I called and I was told I had to pick up the arrangement myself as they would not deliver a second time. I went the next day to Nell Huntspon Flower Box and was greeted with absolutely NO manners and was given the raggiest flower arrangement I have ever seen. The flowers were "old" and wilting and the arrangement very sparse. Not only was I not greeted cordially but when I left I did not receive a thank you or a good bye. I would never treat a customer like I was treated . I called my church and told them to never use this florist again. They should be ashamed of themselves for such shoddy service.
