I went here to get my phone screen fixed and he said that it'd be in within 4 or 5 days and I told him that I was going out of State for 2 months and how I needed it done as soon as he got it. It's been 15 days, I already paid him a 200 dollar deposit, I want up to check before I left and they were closed and I tried to call twice and just got voice messages. I don't know how good this guy's experience is but it's not quick
I love nesseciti. They have great customer service, prompt to take care of my phone needs, and a great atmosphere. Been with this company for years and have not been disappointed yet.
I broke the LCD on my Samsung Note 8. I ordered the part and was replaced professionally. Unlike Cellaris this place has a more personal understanding feeling to your needs. I am taking all cell phone repairs to this location for now on for the remainder of time I am here in Jackson.
Let me correct this to state that my husband directly dealt with the staff (who he said were VERY nice) while I kept our newborn in the car since that apparently matters to the owner. The prices ARE lower than the other shops in town, I researched several places in Jackson and in Memphis. While I may not have DIRECTLY dealt with the staff, I received the product of their work, which was a not working in full function phone. It took three weeks of going back and forth to the shop to get all the kinks worked out. Disappointing that the end result is still a broken phone with nothing but a snarky reply from the owner on my honest review of my experience.

DO NOT take your phone here. The prices may be lower but so is the quality of work. I went for a simple screen replacement but left with a broken phone. Battled to get several issues (originally the screen didn't work, then Siri didn't work, then my touch screen, then my touch ID and now my front facing camera) that arose while they were working on it fixed for three weeks before I was told they wouldn't do anything to fix the final issue. No money back, no compensation, no fix for my broken touch ID or front camera.
