The staff is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I have met with many different employees there and its been great with each of them. Dr. Patel is thorough with you and does not do more than what is necessary. They also have a great program through the office that has helped me out tremendously with the cost of my procedures. Jackson Smiles is the place to go for ALL your dental needs!!
We have been long time patients of Jackson Smiles and have always been very pleased with their services. My husband broke the bonding on his front tooth at 1 PM on a Friday, a day that Jackson Smiles is typically closed. Despite being closed, Dr. Patel met my husband at the office and re-bonded his tooth! Dr. And Mrs. Patel and their staff have always had a familial vibe at their office but this extra level of care on a day they are typically closed was beyond our expectations and we are so grateful for them!
I broke a tooth over the holiday. I called and left a message on Saturday. Polly called me Monday morning, I went in Monday afternoon without an appointment, and I have a new smile!!! Everyone at this office is wonderfully helpful and so easy to work with! Dr Patel is so very professional and polite. I didn't even have to be numbed. This place is great!
I woke up Thursday morning with a terrible toothache. My face was swollen and the toothache had a heartbeat of its own. Misery!! Dr. Patel's office worked me in immediately. He along with his staff were AMAZING!! Within less than an hour of my appointment, I was worked on, feeling better and out the door with my prescriptions. I want to thank Dr. Patel and his assistant Carla for showing me some love, calming me down and talking me through the procedure every step of the way. You guys are the best! You made a horrible situation better! If you don't have a dentist/dental office that you call your own........I highly recommend Jackson Smiles. Dr. Patel and his entire staff are TOP NOTCH!!
I have now had my implants for 2 months and am very pleased with the results. Dr Patel and his staff are the best! I feel very comfortable with all his staff and he is The Best Dentist I have had perform dental work to my teeth. Dr Patel is a great asset to Jackson TN and I hope we keep him as he definitely knows what he is doing and is the best at it .
