Went to Aspen after having a toothache for a few weeks. Spent a few minutes(5) with the actual dentist(Anthony, very nice) who suggested an extraction. Then spent the next 45 minutes with hygienist and financing going over several other procedures they wanted to do at the cost of $7200. It was like going to get a car repaired and them trying to sell you a new car. Very disorganized and seemingly little communication in the office. After leaving and looking over the itemized break down I realized how outrageous the prices were. I cancelled my future appointment with them and went to a recommended dentist, who did a quick check of my teeth and found the problem which in tailed 1 extraction which he did on the spot and at half the cost of Aspen. After the extraction which was causing the pain, he then suggested a couple of the same things Aspen had but at more than 70% less than they had quoted me. Most of us dread the dentist and Aspen only made things worse. I would not recommend Aspen to anyone.
If you value your money, stay clear. They were going to charge me $1,800 for a deep cleaning and more than twice as much as advertised for a filling. That's ridiculous! I must say the dentist was nice, but I don't like to get ripped off.
Being new in Jackson TN it’s a little scary to try to find a dentist with nobody to refer you. I found Aspen Dental listed in top dentists of Jackson. I called several dentists but I was very pleased with my interaction with Aspen Dental on the phone and the way they got me in so quickly. They listened and fixed my problems immediately with their lab on site and the staff was so pleasant, gentle and accommodating. What I really loved is all of the service and friendliness and no overpricing or trying to sell me more!! They were very complimentary and explained very thoroughly. This is my dental solution for all my needs now ❤️
Very nice people, very friendly, Very clean. They explain everything very well. I didn't have to sit and wait and wait like some places I have been to. Iet me add they have some of the prettiest ladies work there,very well mannered even cut up a little with you instead of acting better than you.I would recommend them to everyone. But if everyone goes there they have to get more doctors and build larger or you may have to wait a little while.
Everyone at Aspen is very kind, professional, and thorough. Dr. Anthony is gentle and takes time to explain all issues. Sarah cleaned my teeth and is also gentle. The team at Aspen is the best dental team that I have ever experienced. All details are explained and addressed. I will certainly use Dr. Anthony as my dentist in the future.
