John and his team at Meineke are always courteous and professional. They get my oil changes done quickly and get me back on the road. I have bought tires from them as well and I am totally happy with Meineke of Jackson, and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I stopped in one morning because I had an issue with my car and John rode with me for a few miles and was right on target with what was wrong. He recommended I check my manufacturers site in case that part had been recalled, and it was. I am so appreciative of their knowledge and service. This is a well run business.
I had went here for an oil change and got their free inspection of the front and back end to which they said everything was fine and the following week I went back for a front end alignment and again they said everything was fine and then 3 days after the alignment the steering wheel started grinding and rubbing on something so I took it back after a few days and this time they said my struts needed to be replaced and I needed new springs and amore stuff, very disappointed with the service and very displeased with how they treated me as just another customer

I went here for quite some time. Probably over a years worth of oil changes and general work for my car. Slow service, waiting area is cramped and not very nice. The owners dog is at the store sometimes and that was always a plus because he was very friendly. The reason I stopped going here was when I had 4 new tires put on my car. Had air leaking out of two of them. Took the car back in and told them the issue, and they placed sealer around the inside of both tires and sent me in my way. Ok, no more leaks. Then the other two tires started losing air. I went back in and the store owner was at the desk and I told him the issue. They checked the tires and said there was no air leaking from them and sent me in my way. A few days later I was on a 550 mile trip back to my home state. Happened to notice while stopped for gas that one of the tires was extremely low on air. Filled it up with air, when I got to my destination i had all 4 tires re-mounted for about $40. Haven't had any issues since but I'm never going back there again after that. Christian Brothers on both highland is the way to go.
I went in for an oil change. They gave me back a filthy, stained, smelly vehicle. Oil on the seat, steering wheel, and door. They also tack on random fees that make the price much higher than the advertised price.
