I had to drop a star from my previous review. Some of the “recommended” services offered, are unnecessary and are nothing more than a way to see who takes the bait out of fear or ignorance. I’m not referring to needed items, such as air filters, light bulbs, wipers, etc. The employees are nice, but I know they’re being forced to sell some of this nonsense, and it’s obvious from hearing them pitch it. Having to hear the pitches with every customer before me, is what prevents me from frequenting this place. Let the guys do their job as mechanics, without forcing them into selling garbage services, which are not outlined as routine or normal maintenance, and can’t be proven as necessary.

Done everything they said they would, which is unusual with most places around Jackson. I only caught one issue. They claimed my chassis was sealed, but it's not. I brought it to their attention, and they immediately corrected it, by greasing the ball joints. The guy in the pit should’ve seen it though. They left my key on too long, with my stereo & heater fan running. My battery died, but they jumped off my truck. Aside from those 2 minor issues, they provided a great experience & have a friendly staff.
I have used them since they opened and as of today I will never step foot in there again. The manager was very rude.
Changed my oil when no one in town could or would. But after asking for just an oil change they continued to put air in my tires which I do not have regular air in my tires then they check my transmission fluid ..again just wanted an oil change..
Great crew, good prices, extremely fast. They try and sell you on things such as new air filters and lighting or services for your vehicle but are not pushy at all and seem very knowledgeable when explaining procedures and things. free coffee and a nice scent of rubber.
