I took my car over there for them to look at the torn seat. They were going to search for a match. They never called me back. I took my car again, they looked again, took down my information, and never called me. When I called them, they had no record of my ever being there.
They have had our car for over a month and it's not been touched. We even had an appointment. Boy they screwed up big time because we had a lot of work for them. Any body know of a GOOD upholstery person?
