I am going to spreed this until they do what they should have done in the first place . I would not buy an R/V from them if it was the last place on earth , I have a lot of friends with R/V 's and they will know what was done to us i am also contacting Keystone and letting them know just how bad they are.

one of the worst places to take your r/v for repair , i have a new 2017 Montana High Country that needed some warranty work done they kept it 4 weeks and 3 day's and did not do hardly anything said they would not replace the recliners, coast to much to get them from Keystone and it was covered by my keystone warranty , owner of small woods would not pay the price, to have them shipped, had a list for them to go by and about the only thing that was fixed was the inside trim, leaking faucet for bathroom and some trim work in the bathroom.

Bought 5th wheel from them. Salesman was helpful and friendly. In June we had two tires to blow out and done 7,100.00 was damage. We contacted our insurance and we received our check the first of July. We contacted Smallwood and told them we would have the RV to them Aug 1st. We offered to pay for the parts if they would go ahead and get the parts in before Aug they told us they would order the parts without our deposit. Aug 1 our camper was setting in their lot. We had discussed that we needed the camper done by Aug 23 in June because we were doing out on the road. We confirmed the due date against couple of times. Think all was well since they hadn't called everything was going fine. Well we hadn't heard from them so yesterday we called. They informed use the camper was not done, but they hadn't started making the repairs. My theory is if your going to sell you should also have staff to back the sells pitch. Why didn't they call to give us a update.? When we took the camper down why didn't they say, we are really backed up? Why I want recommend them. Their customer service sucks !
