Keith and Tim were very excellent in selling us a car! Drove off the lot the same day. Had a couple problems with the car but was fixed the next day.
Kelly is the best sales lady i ever meet in my opinion.. she didn't hound me or try to get me to get the most expensive car on the lot.and to me that says alot. She was kind and helpful so yeah if you go to the Jackson,tn lot and when you meet her you will see what I'm talking about.. my time there was great and the other staff was great as well.and the best part is they don't have junk cars they have warranty on all .. my car is the best car I've ever got and in my life and I've had 6 it's very dependable I got no problems with it...thank you Kelly... and thanks American car center.. and if you get a vehicle there and when you do your paperwork you can even tell them I sent you...
I love my experience here I came in and was automatically greeted by Mr. Delk. Even though he had a customer he took the time to acknowledge me and told me he would be with me shortly. All I did is told him what I had what kinds of cars i like what type of payments I wanted to have. I proved him with my income he went and checked on 3 different cars I picked he help come up with the best for for my budget he told me to give him a minute to process the application. My mother and I went to lunch he called at lunch told me everything was a go I was so happy he got everything on my list. He told me he pulled the car up for me and meet with Tim sales manger he sat me down and thoroughly broke down every single page. This was the best car buying experience I have had. I had no question he broke the paperwork down so clearly. I really appreciate their professionalism. And I am very happy. Would recommend

Kelly and Tim were AWESOME!!!!!! Best service I got in a long time. The car that I wanted to purchase was at a Memphis location I was headed there when the sales associate let me know it would be a higher down payment due the fact it wasn't on their lot for 90 days. I was slightly disappointed because I knew 100% that was the vehicle I wanted. So I made a call to the Jackson store to see if they maybe had one. They didn't have one on the lot but they started paperwork and was able to get the same vehicle I wanted at Convington Pike.... I was beyond happy didn't have to pay a outrageous down payment and they both went beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Kelly was super friendly and very easy to chat with great conversations and laughs.... My husband and niece loved her. Thank you guys for such a great and easy experience with buying my car.
