I took my Acadia in for warranty work and they were expecting me, knew who I was and were quick to serve me. The waiting area was very comfortable and they got my vehicle in and out quickly. Very good experience!
An update: As par with the previous experience. My wife had a flat tire and I met her to change her tire. I got out all of the factory tire changing equipment. The jack came apart before it ever jacked up the truck. Serra's response. It's out of the 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. Worst customer service EVER!!! Find a different dealership to buy from and get service from. One that will actually stand behind their products. 08/31/2017
Buyer beware used cars. Test drove several with transmission problem. Daughter purchased one left her stranded within first week. Refused money back even after learning thery had knowledge of transmission problem. Only option to exchange. Did that when we had a quick fix to do. It was held together by a zip tie. Less than 1 yr. For 6000.00 over 2000 In repairs needed.

Terrible experience with the "Fast Lane" today. Made a 10:30 appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. Dropped vehicle off at 10:30. Told service writer about the appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Said we'd be back in 1 hour. Came back at 11:30. Truck was just being pulled in. They changed the oil. Handed me the keys at 11:52 and never rotated the tires. Absolute terrible experience. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the last 4 years and have had regular oil changes there since the purchase. Won't be going there anymore though. 2016
