Great buying experience! Brad was so kind and professional. He gave us the keys to test drive and no pressure at all while we considered multiple cars at different dealerships. The truck was beautifully detailed and felt brand new. He gave us several options for financing and went above and beyond to help us take the truck home that day. A small issue with the computer system settings came up (the truck was set to govern speed and volume) when we left and Brad worked with a Ford service shop in our area to get it fixed at no cost to us. Sweet people. We've told several friends to drive to Jackson to buy from them. Thanks again!
