The bourbon ribs are the best I've ever had, they melt in your mouth, great prices, great service and great atmosphere, good for the whole family. Jessica was are server and we always ask for her when we are there she is great,but in all fairness I'm sure all these young people are great! If you eat anywhere in Jackson, Tennessee make it Logan's!
Much better restaurants in chain Jackson with much better food and service. Turned out to be a $55 dollar lesson I will not forget.
Went in just to wait 30 minutes to be seated, then an hour for our food to be served. My sons ribs were cold , my wife had the chicken tenders which tasted like they had been fried with catfish and I have gotten better burgers at fast food ! When I spoke with the manager he just said sorry in a half hearted way , but you could tell he really did not give a rats tail.
I ordered the Logan, it was about 30min, I ordered it medium, it came out dry and well well done, manager said he would take care of since it was Veterans day and I am a Vet. The bill was still $12.34, if I had known I was still gonna have to pay for anything but my drink I would have had them make me another. Worst time I have ever had there. However this is first time in 20+ years that have ever had an experience that I was not happy with. Will I go there again? ABSOLUTELY!! Logan's is still a great restaurant!. Heck most of the time if something like this happens they will buy your meal. Like them peanuts!! Mmmhmm
Wife and I went to Logan's Roadhouse in Jackson, TN on Dec 18, 2017. The steak (Ribeye) was great. Veggies were good & the rolls were awesome. If I had to give any constructive criticism, (1) the light above our table was too dim. (2) Steak temperature could have been a bit warmer when served. (3) A little less butter on rolls might be a good idea.
Lots of room for improvement. It was not at all busy. I believe I was the only guest my server was attending to, but I had to ask for rolls after I had eaten my salad and was awaiting my dinner. I asked for milk to be served with my meal, but when my salad was placed in front of me the server walked away while I said "milk!" 3 times before he heard me. When he returned, he informed me there was none. I then asked if I could order a side of grilled salmon and was told I could not, that I would have to order the full meal, per the manager. I ordered it and let the server know I would need lemon & tarter with it, yet when it was served, 12 minutes later, I still had no tarter and had to ask again. The booth I was seated at was not very comfortable. It was worn out physically, but had no visible signs of its age. What was worse was how the table legs were uneven. It wobbled. The food was prepared satisfactory. Overall id say it was average, at best.
