An error was made and when went to correct the error (and save the employee from paying for the short money drawer) Jennifer, the employee, was rude, exceptionally rude, instead of being thankful for the $20 payment to correct her error. So yeah, this experience erases all past pleasant visits to the station. Jennifer, you did a real bang up job of being a representative for Horizon Travel.
