My Street Glide was damaged while parked in a parking lot. I took it to Bumpus Harley Davidson's service department for estimates and repairs. They worked with the responsible insurance company and completed the repairs while keeping me informed about insurance approval of the estimate, delivery time for the part's and estimated completion date. After repairs were made, I inspected the bike and I took it home. Bumpus Harley Davidson's service department was very professional and helpful in getting my bike repaired and back to me. The repairs that were made to my bike and the expertise of the service managers were well above my expectations. I have also had my bike serviced and tuned there and would recommend Bumpus service department to anyone.
