If I can give this place no stars I would! For starters my load was supposed to been picked up at 8am in the morning. I arrived here at 7:30am being punctual for these guys. I was told they was backed up from the night shift not doing their job because the manager at night wants to be best friends with his staff and no work was done. It's now 4pm and the load still isn't ready! Furthermore I've waisted a whole day of driving because the night staff haven't did their job but the company wants to set appointments. Honestly if your doing business and cannot commit to having your loads ready on time to deliver. DO NOT set appointment times! Just a day of pick up. Honestly this location needs a new night time manager who don't want to be best friends with their co-workers and not get proper work done on time. This is very unprofessional and needs attention. For whom do not like my review this is a free country and I am aloud to freely speak. I will not be coming to this place again unless they get new night time management! This is for the Nexus-Kelloggs area!!
