If there was a zero I would give it a zero... customer service is terrible every single time I have to go in there for something... always understaffed... nobody wants to help anyone... only good thing about that place is an employee by the name of Paige!!! If you dont mind spending all day for one or two things then this is the place for you.. completely lacks in all areas!!!
I stopped by and found everything just fine. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful and best of all they will price match certified retailers even if it's online. THEY WILL ALSO STEAM YOYR BASEBALL GLOVE SO ITS BROKEN IN BEFORE THE FIRST INNING OF ANY GAME!!!! WICKED COOL!!!
This is a big store with big prices for the most part. You need to do some searching for the good deals, which are few. Customer service is not very good and check out is slow.
They had regularly priced items hung on the clearance racks. The regular items covered almost all if the items on the rack. They wouldn't honor the sale prices. A unethical way to trick customers into buying higher priced items.
I have no issues with the products sold here but the young employees hired to interact with the customers need to be trained better in appropriate activities during less busy times. The young ladies that were working the register appeared to be more interested in trying on items they were considering buying themselves than helping us track down an online pick-up purchase we had made. When my husband and I suggested a solution to speed or departure from the store, since we were now late to our next designation, we were told by the same young ladies that it simply wouldn't work. No attempt was made to contact a manager and no other solutions we attempted either. The manager did make a small effort to appease our frustrations by offering a discount but we had already paid for the items ordered and had lost any interest in purchasing the other items we found in the store. My husband and I have both worked in many levels of customer service and think it should be taken a little more seriously than the young ladies employed here did. I don't think the customer is always right but that issue should be handled by a manager not the cashier. Hopefully they will receive the proper training needed or they will find a new source of income that doesn't require them to care for the general public.
