Seems like this company is getting over on employees with past day slave labor practices. The employees need to come together and demand safer work environment and more investment in them. The ones who make them profitable and stop settling unfair an unequal treatment. This will stop the favoritism and the high turnover rates and if you think the pay is good just imafine what they can afford to pay and not except what the are willing to pay. But If you not at the negotiation table then you will stay on the menu! Unions aren't dead companies just tell all employees they don't need them. Without a Union nothing you have right now is guaranteed they can change it when they feel like it and continue to work you like they want.
Fair and equal treatment
If you happy without a Union then you are happy being treated with no respect. If you think they like you so much asked them to put it in writing and guarantee to for at least 5 years that nothing you have that you like about them will ever change and asK them more than 40 cent raise and see what happens. You been warned. Get A Union or wait for you and your coworkers to be on the Menu. Don't believe me ask your sister plants up north that make more money than you and have better benefits! This is America right shouldn't you all enjoy the same benefits?

Open window appointment per dispatch. Arrived and was told I had an appointment time for 3 hours later. Waited until their said time. Still not at door. Pathetic. Perhaps they could do more work if they didn't go outside so much to smoke.

Unions create jobs and protect jobs If anyone tells you any different they don't know what they talking about and they don't have your best interest at hand.
