Why are the bus drivers using their cell phones while operating the bus? That is not safe for them or for the passengers if the driver is distracted by checking his or her messages. I've seen several drivers now on their phones, especially on the Highland/Vann Dr. route. If the transit system actually allows their drivers on their phones, then that's stupid because if a bus gets into an accident while using their phone, they will have a lawsuit. Point Blank Simple. Better monitor your drivers JTA. I will not travel with a driver checking his Facebook status...
Who ever was driving bus 962 on March 8 2017 just cut in front of me at the last min almost causing me to run off the road, when I honked at them the driver flipped me off......yall need to get yall drivers tested, very poor service to the city
