They have always done everything possible to please and make sure you get what you need.
Their ok. Drove 75 miles one way to be told they didn't have my order. But they made it right with a floor model. The staff was cool too.

They sell quality products, but I don't like to visit, unless I can't find a product anywhere else. When I enter the showroom, I don't get the feeling of being a valued customer, or sense a desire to be helped, and 9 out of 10 times, they can't get what I'm searching for...or don't want to find it. It's hard to tell which.
