Great-looking meat and fish items — but I can’t eat actual meat anymore...
Excellent veggies! Good selection, especially legumes, and salad-bar is pretty good, too. Fruit on the dessert stand.
The hospitality is only matched by the unique atmosphere of this interesting place. I look forward to visiting again SOON! The food was so good, I visited the TAKE OUT area, and loaded up on delicious food from that side. There's no telling what I may run into on my next visit, which will be with some friends of mine, so they can experience it, too.
1. trying to eat only a tiny bit of animal proteins for whatever reason (medical, in my case), and

Sad place to eat. Got put in a room & no-one ever came to see if we needed anything. Took me 4 times to get lemons for my water. Never came to take dirty plates away. Some of the Food that was suppose to be hit, was cold. Only few that was nice was when we met Sunshine the greeter.
All-You-Can-Eat! Lots of locals and regulars, friendly staff and an interesting collection of items in the adjoining store. Clean, and no loud music!

The food bar is good, if you enjoy down-home cooking. I had meatloaf, chicken n dressing, black eyed peas, and hush puppies. My friends said the catfish was the best.ever. I also liked the fruit bar.
Fun atmosphere with an all-you-can-eat buffet. The food was not bad, a bit greasy. The price per person was a big plus. I would certainly come again and bring friends. Since it's right by I40, it makes a great pit stop on the way to Memphis or beyond.
