The staff are like most places that do this type of work. Hit and miss. I’ve had multiple that are very helpful and friendly, and a few that aren’t. Their automated line information differs from what the staff have said, and the information has changed no less than 3 times in the last two months.

Quick and efficient
Wonderful. You walk in, go to information and wait to be called. It's quick. They make sure you have all the documents you need, give you any paperwork that needs filling out, and give you a number. Then you sit in the waiting area and fill out paperwork while waiting for your number to be called. It's quick. I have dealt with 4 different clerks here and they were all friendly and helpful. I went around 11:30am and was out by 12:15pm. I was there to get my ID changed to TN from out of state. I was informed that from now on, I can just go to one of their three kiosks when I need to renew. Nice welcome to TN.
