If you need alterations, go somewhere else. This business keeps no records, paperwork in the year 2016. I picked up my pants that were to be hemmed. Much to my surprise they had not been done. After my running around to find paperwork, I returned expecting them to follow through and finally do the work I had paid them to do.
The gals behind the desk were apologetic, promised me they would see that the jeans were completed this time. Two days later the ownet, Robin, who is very unprofessional called me and made up BS stories that they had run out of the color of thread I needed. I said doesn't matter the color. She still refused after other lies of why they could not hem my jeans. Ridiculous, unprofessional, etc. Run, don't walk from Robin. She has always been ugly and rude.
